All creators are required to complete CreatorPear's Certification Training in order to be accepted onto the creator marketplace. Some students have also completed TikTok Mastery's 30+ video training course, and have been given a "mastery badge" on their profile.

Step 1 - Sign up as a creator for CreatorPear
Step 2 - Complete the CreatorPear video training course
Step 3 - Pass the CreatorPear test (score 80% or above)
Step 4 - Submit your listing application (include GMV, PFP, etc)
Step 5 - Creator is successfully listed on the CreatorPear marketplace

Professional Branding - How to professionally brand TikTok accounts; choosing a clean username & bio, adding video covers and creating family-friendly content.
Preferred Content Style - Accurately choosing a preferred content style for brand videos (face, faceless, voiceovers, skits, etc).
Understanding Brands - Properly communicating and satisfying the creator's "peared" brands. This includes consistently delivering videos, communicating sick/absent days and understanding the brand's core purpose.
Creating Quality Content - Creating content that prioritizes quality over quantity; ensuring videos including proper lighting, crafting strong hooks, capturing the right target audience, clearly indicating product benefits and converting viewers into buyers.
Healthy Creator Mindset - Creator's are trained to focus on retaining brands long-term by prioritizing quality content with high conversion rates.
The CreatorPear Certification Training is made up of a series of questions that test's the Creator's knowledge on TikTok Shop Affiliate and general understanding of how to create high quality content that converts. Every Creator is required to pass this test in order to be listed on the CreatorPear Creator Marketplace by scoring an 80% or above.

All creators are given an experience ranking based on their previous TikTok Shop Affiliate performance. Both total GMV & videos posted requirements must be met to advance to the next tier.
TOTAL GMV - Creators who have past experience as a TikTok Shop Affiliate are eligible to submit their total GMV to be reviewed. CreatorPear manually reviews these submissions and requires a screen-recorded video showcasing the creator's total TikTok Shop Affiliate GMV. Screenshots are not permitted. if the submission is approved, the creator's total GMV will be listed on their profile (on the creator marketplace).
VIDEOS POSTED - We require creators to submit their existing TikTok shop affiliate account(s) for manual review in order to be given a higher rank than "beginner" on the Creator Marketplace. CreatorPear verifies the account(s) is owned by that specific creator, then calculates the total amount of videos posted. This process ensures creators did not have a single "lucky viral hit" that resulted in high GMV but low posting experience. But instead, they are a high-quality creator with high GMV and a fair amount of videos posted for the rank received.
